2. Mass analysis room

3. Optical diffraction analysis instrument room

7. Gas Chromatography Room

8. Balance room


The balance is a common method instrument necessary for chemical analysis laboratory.


High-precision balances have certain requirements for the environment: anti-vibration, dust-proof, direct sunlight, anti-corrosion gas erosion and constant temperature. Therefore, a special balance room is set up to meet the above requirements.


The balance room should be northward, and it should be far away from the source of vibration, and it should not be adjacent to the high-temperature greenhouse and the room with strong electromagnetic interference. The high-precision micro-analysis balance should be located at the bottom of society. The balance room should adopt this double-layer window, which is beneficial to improve the heat insulation and dustproof. The balance room should preferably be provided with a transition room to avoid the influence of airflow. It has air conditioning and the wind speed should be low. The interior design of the balance should not have a water basin or any other type of pipeline passing through the interior at the same time, so as to avoid leakage and condensation of the pipeline or affect the use and maintenance of the electronic balance when the pipeline equipment is overhauled. Try not to place unnecessary furniture to reduce the accumulation of dust.
