Can the equipment control temperature and keep constant temperature?

 The control of heating power does not mean that temperature can be controlled (i.e. the temperature cannot be controlled). You
need a thermometer to manually adjust heating operation if you intend to control the temperature. 

Can I heat liquid to boiling condition?

 It's difficult to perform stirring and heating simultaneously for the stirrer with heating power at 180W only for the stirred
liquid keeps losing heat. As a result, we suggest that stirring shall be stopped when heating is performed, or you can get boiling
liquid by heating and stirring such liquid in a sealed container.
